Descrizione

Bobcat339 è un inibitore selettivo dell'TET enzyme a base di citosina con IC50 di 33 μM e 73 μM rispettivamente per TET1 e TET2. Bobcat339 può ridurre l'abbondanza di 5-idrossimetilcitosina del DNA inibendo la funzione dell'enzima TET nelle cellule viventi e fornire supporto per la sua utilità come sonda farmacologica valida.
